Tom's Clothing Tester on Sims 2 Won't Work?

So when I was playing Sims 2 I used boolProp and I clicked (+shift) on one of my sims. I clicked spawn...Tom's Clothing Tester. So then the 'hangers' of clothing appeared and I clicked on it. I then clicked 'Dress like NPC...Exterminator' and the sim didn't change clothes. I tried the other NPC clothes and it still didn't work. Why won't the clothing tester work?
