What is wrong with my Columbian Red Tail Boa?

He is 3 years old; I just got him almost a month ago; He needed to eat when I got him; but have tried on 2 different occasions to feed him; a thawed out frozen one which he showed no interest in; then I tried a live one yesterday and started cuddling.. wtf?! He is on aspen bedding, he is at 90ish degrees; he has clean water, he is handled almost every other day; I put him in a separate tub to eat; and now I went to check on him and his eyes are cloudy but it doesn't look like the rest of his body is clouded over like he's going into a shed; I have owned my Black Pine for 2 years now and I've never had any issues with her; she's also 13. He was creeping me out earlier cuz last week he was "star gazing" alot, but not all that often then as soon as he noticed you were looking at him he'd come down... I dunno.. suggestions?
