Is ism a big myth...I have never witnessed an instance of this elusive oppression in act have you?

I think ism is mainly a myth that is propagated by special interest groups like feminists. Sure maybe 50-60 years ago you could make the case for it but it just isn't the problem we once thought it was. I have never seen a case of ism with my very own eyes and neither has any of you. You can misconstrue acts as ism or make up these cases but if you really think objectively about it you know it's true.
