Why does my daughter reject affection from me ( Mom) ?

She's not rejecting you. Just don't give up. What you can do is to find some other way. Kids are usually playful, so as dads, thus the closer relationship. That means you can do things like that too. Keep showing your loving caress, planting your love on her heart, that will be with her even she grows older (Please read Deuteronomy 6:5-8 if you have The Bible).
