How can I convert PC Photoshop Elements Picture Catalog from PC to MAC Version?

I have run PSE on my PC and have about 10k pictures. I would like to run MAC Version of PSE. In order to do this I need to find a way to convert the PSE Catalog from PC to MAC. In other words I need to be able to retain all of the tags I've igned to my photos. Any one know of a way to do this?
