Whats additive toxicity?

what is additive toxicity, what can it cause while combining medication that I got from my doctor, he didn't tell me nothing about additive taxicity by mixing this 2 medication that I'm about to take, but I did some research and found out that it causes additive toxicity, can some please tell me more about it?
