How do you use Kronos Workforce Central version 6.0?

I just got hired and my work uses this to schedule times for work. I can not figure out how to change my availability dates. It says click on the day you want to change, but it wont click on them. I also wanted to know why when i request a day off it says full. draft. Help me pleasee!
