Dog on thyro-tab?

Thyroid replacement meds do not usually cause urinary tract problems or blood in the urine,which would cause the pink tinge. It sounds to me as though your dog has some sort of infection or cystitis. I would take her back to the vet and ask that the urine be cultured and even to do an x-ray of the bladder and kidneys to rules out stones or tumors.Poor dog must be in misery.The vet could at least give her some pain medication until they find out what is wrong..
