Can freedom ever exist in a society based on exploitation and coercion (ie, capitalism)?

To say one is not forced into wage slavery is absurd, seeing as one must work in order to survive. If one wants to survive, one must settle for a lesser pay cheque than the value of his/her labour, as the capitalist must make a profit from his/her labour.
