The headset on my stunt bike is loose, i've tried tightening the rings on the outside, but it's not working...

I agree with the previous poster...But if that doesn't work try putting a little lock tight on it. you can buy it at walmart, Just carefully not to put a lot on or you might never be able to get it off.
