A new car ? any ideas what will be suitable for me ?

well im 18 and going to be 19 in may 23rd and im going to be start working where id be payed 7pound a hour but im going to save that up and buy a car but dont no which one ? i love cars with low ratio gear throws its more comfortable to drive i want the interior cosy, somethink like a bmw compact is there any cars just like that that are quick but looks good and interior is nice ??? bmw compact 1.6 ford fiesta zetec s 1.6 ??
