How long would this take and how would i know it happened?

i jus really want to kno how long it would take for my glans to be really less sensitive. also this would really help if you're a guy who was uncut and now circised is their a difference and does a uncircised feel like a circised when it becomes less sensitive. (im 14 and retracted maybe a month ago)
