Neon/Raver fancy dress, opinions please?

I wouldn't wear the hat I think it might be a bit overload, and you might get annoyed wearing it all night too! Instead of the legwarmers I would wear bright neon tights instead - like pink or green! Oh and I think you should bring LOADS of glow sticks! haha!
