How to feel less awkward when discussing money with people?

You need to just put your PRIDE aside and bring your VOICE UP and SPEAK UP!!! This is your PAY that is being affected. You make good money because you do hard work. You don't get to sit around. You are busy from the minute you go to work until you get off. You earn each penny you make. Stand up for yourself and you will feel much better. Each and every time you do it you'll get better at it and it will get much easier. Sooner than later you'll never have to worry about being UNDERPAID again!!! Good luck!!!
